Job Description

The Athletic Ticketing Manager is a part of the overall ticketing office, which falls under the oversight of the Finance and Administration Division and reports to the Director of Campus Ticketing. This position is unique in that is functions, in part, as a member of the Athletics sales and marketing team. Responsibilities for this position include:
Manages the Nottingham and Bank of Colorado Arena at Butler Hancock box offices including hiring, training, and supervising box office staff for ticketed athletic events.
Works with Athletics staff in the promotion, marketing and delivery of special ticket promotions and general customer sales.
Maintains patron databases for Football, Men’s and Women’s basketball, Volleyball, Wrestling and other athletic events and activities.
Creates, revises and maintains reports drawn from all ticketing sources, including online, phone, walk-up, comped and group sales.
Assists in the overall management of the Campus Commons box office and helps cover PVA and/or Student Life events as needed.
