Description: Supports senior and executive level roles in a wide variety of complex administrative and office functions as well as specialized technical support for academic or administrative departments.

The Child Welfare Resource Center operates in a hybrid work approach where work can be completed remotely, in the Mechanicsburg office, and in the field as necessary and appropriate. Time for this position is estimated as 75% remote work, 20% in the Mechanicsburg office, and 5% in the field. Typical field travel required will be statewide throughout the Commonwealth.Experience working with ethnically and culturally diverse populations preferred. Essential Functions: The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing advanced level professional customer service, administrative and technical support to the staff of the Pennsylvania Child Welfare Resource Center (Resource Center), external stakeholders, and outside agencies. The Administrative Coordinator functions as a team member of the Administrative Department of the Resource Center. The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for executive level meeting management for both the Resource Center and state level projects. It is the expectation of this position to maintain confidentiality, with experience in advanced level meeting management. Analyzes expenditure data in the development of annual budgets.

Physical Effort: Must be able to travel long distances on a frequent basis, lift up to 30 pounds, set up and prepare audiovisual equipment for meetings and presentations, stand for up to 3 hours, and be able to climb stairs.
