The Department of Medical and Molecular Genetics of the Indiana University School of Medicine is recruiting a full-time Clinical Track position at the Assistant, Associate, Full Professor rank. This position will be responsible for two primary roles in the department. The first is to lead departmental efforts in the area of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). This position will interface with the ~400 department faculty, staff and students and will focus on the tripartite mission (research, teaching, service) of the department. The second area of responsibility will be to serve as the Graduate Advisor for the ~ 30 doctoral and masters (non-counseling) graduate students as well as ~15 postdoctoral fellows.

We are soliciting applications from outstanding candidates with demonstrated experience implementing programs in the academic setting related to DEI. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with graduate students as a mentor or course instructor. Experience with grant applications or previous grant funding would be preferred, but not required.
