We Upgraded – You Will Love Visiting Us
As we launched our new logo, a fresh website, look and much improved services followed suit. We loved our original look and many of you, new and old customers, were used to it, too. Yet, we found it necessary to change. Let us explain why we decided to embrace the change.
We did not change just for the fun of it. Change is inevitable and diversity, equity and inclusion has been evolving right along us. We saw it necessary to upgrade the accessibility and functionality of our website to serve our clients better.
Logo
First came our identity. We aim to be professional, inviting, and timeless but our logo and colors were not. ADS felt that we were stuck in another time. We all have seen how logos and color schemes shifted to a more minimalistic design, which makes sense. Simple straight forward logos and layouts are easily remembered.
Therefore, we chose to overhaul our logo and website design. This new design is timeless and straightforward. The iconic magnifying glass highlights our focus on DEI and the little nudge within it represents our unique and talented candidates. Finding a career job and discovering the best talent is not easy, that is why we wanted to make navigating our website the least of your hurdles.
ADA Compliant
The new website is ADA compliant, which reaches underrepresented individuals with disabilities in academia or a university job career. Our colors and navigation are designed with everyone’s skills and abilities in mind.
The new website will allow you to easily search for institutions, job types or by region
in the newly design job board. Our “Apply” button links you directly to the employers’ application forms.
For Employers
For our employers we streamlined the job posting process. We improved every part of the navigation and uploading process. We are so excited that we are able to make this system so much easier for you.
Employers can be confident that their jobs will attract the right candidates by an improved search engine optimization and job board design.
After a decade of service we also recognize that new generations are joining the workforce. Therefore, we saw it necessary to not only improve our services but also our appearance.
A cleaner more streamlined look allows you to navigate our website better and find the services you need with ease.
Over the next few months, you’ll see all the other visuals around ADS aligning around this new direction: on the website, in advertising. It’s still us.
We’re still Academic Diversity Search. But more streamlined and accessible.
