Description: Works with business groups to solve basic problems using technology. Assists with business processes analysis and conducts testing. Assists in documenting procedures and with helping more senior business analysts with more complex projects.

The University of Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Child Welfare Resource Center (CWRC) is seeking a Technology Coordinator. The Technology Coordinator will be responsible for managing and monitoring multiple technology helpdesks, disseminating requests to appropriate staff, testing software and hardware, and managing the inventory and signout of technology related equipment. The Technology Coordinator is also responsible for developing and maintaining system documentation and workflows, develop and maintain technology procedures and protocols, schedules meetings, assigns tasks and documents decision making, and provides exceptional customer service by actively listening to and responding to the needs of the Resource Center, its stakeholders, and customers. Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience required. A valid driver’s license is required. Experience working with ethnically and culturally diverse populations preferred. The Child Welfare Resource Center operates in a hybrid work approach where work can be completed remotely, in the Mechanicsburg office, and in the field as necessary and appropriate. Time for this position is estimated as 90% remote work, 5% in the Mechanicsburg office, and 5% in the field. Typical field travel will focus on the Western part of Pennsylvania, but some travel throughout the Commonwealth will be required. PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check and FBI Criminal Record Check will be required as a condition of employment.
