The Claremont Colleges Services (TCCS) is the central coordinating and support organization for a highly regarded cluster of seven independent colleges known as The Claremont Colleges. TCCS with a staff of 300, provides exceptional shared services to 9,000 students, and almost 3,600 faculty and staff. TCCS staff work in both student-facing services as well as administrative and operational services. Our numerous departments are located throughout The Claremont Colleges campus in the beautiful city of Claremont, California.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Claremont Colleges Services seeks a flexible and organized quick learner with a positive attitude for the position of Project Coordinator for the Student Information System (SIS) Implementation. This is a full-time, two-to-three-year (2-3) appointment with benefits.
The Project Coordinator contributes organizational and administrative support to the Student Information System implementation project, an initiative of the five undergraduate institutions of The Claremont Colleges (5C). This position directly supports the dedicated TCCS SIS Implementation project team, its leadership staff, and 5C functional teams to achieve a successful, on-time implementation of a new student information system, Anthology Student.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The following are the fundamental duties and responsibilities of this position which the incumbent must be able to perform to fulfill the purpose and requirements of this position.
• Provide administrative support for the Implementation Director, Project Manager, TCCS project team, and 5C functional teams.
• Coordinate multiple calendars for project teams and workstreams; ; manage schedules and monitor progress on project milestones.
• Identify and organize RAID (Redundant Array of Independent Disks) items, maintain project decision logs and documentation; prepare agendas, minutes, and other project materials on project SharePoint and Box sites.
• Compose, issue, and track audience-specific correspondence and reports.
• Assist with budget tracking, developing reports and dashboards, as required by project leadership.
• Schedule, assign, and track project tasks to facilitate on-time completion, assuring that all project phases are completed and appropriately documented.
• Provide regular project status updates to the Implementation Director and Project Manager.
• Create and maintain project documentation, ensuring all materials are current and well-organized.
• Assist with change management activities, including editing and updating the public-facing project website.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Work Schedule: The regular hours for this full-time, interim position are 40 hours scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday for two to three (2-3) years for the duration of the SIS implementation. May be required to work holiday, weekend, and/or evening hours. Regular hours may vary due to the needs of the organization or business unit. This position is eligible for a partial remote work schedule as approved by the supervisor with regular onsite presence in Claremont, CA required.
COMPENSATION
Pay: The pay range for this position is $31.00 to $36.00 per hour.

ABOUT YOU
Required Qualifications: The following qualifications are required to perform the essential functions of this position, or the individual must demonstrate how the essential functions will be performed (with or without reasonable accommodation) using other qualifications not listed below.
Education/Training: You have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a traditional liberal arts discipline, or the equivalent through a combination of education, training and additional experience beyond the minimum required.
Experience: You have five to seven (5-7) years of relevant work experience as a project coordinator, in project management, information technology support, higher education administration, or a similar assignment.
Competencies:
• Proven ability to support complex long-term projects toward successful completion.
• Fluency with the Microsoft Office Suite of software applications.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint or similar project tracking applications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines and manage multiple workstreams.
• Superior interpersonal skills, tact, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in higher education, specifically in the liberal arts college environment.
• Experience with SIS, CRM, or ERP software implementation projects.
