The university has a long history and distinguished reputation of providing impactful graduate education. We are expanding the range of regularly offered important elective courses. We are currently accepting applications for adjunct faculty teaching positions in our Doctor of Education program in Leadership for Change.

Applicants should submit a strong cover letter to accompany their resume/CV. Cover letters should make explicit how the applicant meets the position qualifications, making particular reference to their domain and foundational qualifications and expertise as noted below.

QUALIFICATIONS

We seek candidates with expertise and experience in Higher Education Governance, who have held higher education leadership roles, worked with Boards of Trustees, and published in this area.

We are particularly interested in candidates with at least 3 years of experience teaching in online or hybrid environments. Ideal candidates will have notable experience with respect to online graduate programs designed for adult learners. A doctoral degree in a related field is required.

TEACHING ASSIGNMENTS 

Hired candidates will be part of an adjunct faculty pool and be offered opportunities to teach, according to their respective expertise and availability and program instructional needs. There are three terms in the doctoral program: January through April, May through August, and September through December.  Each term is 15 weeks in duration. All program faculty will deliver both synchronous and asynchronous instruction.
